Rental Agreement

By signing this agreement or completing a booking, the Renter agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Rental Period

The rental period begins on the agreed start date and ends on the return date specified in the rental agreement. Late returns may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

All rental fees must be paid in full prior to or at the time of rental. Additional charges (e.g., damage, cleaning, late return) may be applied to the payment method on file.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required. This deposit will be returned within [X] days after the rental period, minus any applicable fees or damages.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least [X] hours/days before the rental period begins to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Use of Property

The rented item/property may only be used for its intended purpose. Sub-renting, illegal activity, or misuse of the rental item is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the agreement.

Liability and Insurance

The Renter assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of the rental property during the rental period. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the Renter unless otherwise stated.

Condition Upon Return

The rental item must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of rental. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply.

Indemnity

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Renter’s use of the rental item.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
